Samantha has been an integral part of the company for 11 years, providing steadfast support for daily operations and office systems. With over a decade of experience, she manages the organization’s accounting records and delivers essential financial insights to the management team. Samantha’s expertise spans the full financial cycle, from meticulous payroll preparation and reporting to the verification and reconciliation of expenses. Her commitment to accuracy and operational excellence has made her a trusted pillar of the firm. When she isn't managing the books, Samantha treasures time with her family—whether they are cheering at a baseball game, enjoying a movie, or gathered around for a game night.

Brandon brings decades of knowledge and experience to the organization, with a proven track record of driving profitability, productivity, and high-quality standards while building strong, lasting relationships. As a leader, he is known for successfully managing and motivating a talented team while continually seeking innovative ways to improve performance and efficiency at every level of the business.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys all sports and values time spent with his wife, Samantha, and their two grown sons, Mason and Matthew.

Jeremy serves as the Vice President of Positive Electric, bringing over three decades of deep-rooted technical expertise and operational leadership to the company. His journey with the company began 20 years ago as a dedicated field level electrician—a role that allowed him to master the intricacies of the electrical trade from the ground up before transitioning into executive leadership. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and dogs. 

David Walters is our Senior Project Manager. He oversees projects to maintain productivity, scheduling, material orders and costs associated encompassing all aspects of each project, to help assist other Positive Electric Project Managers and Field Superintendents. Outside of work David enjoys spending time with his wife and dog riding Harleys.

Tom Brings an unparalleled 35+ years of industry experience to the leadership team. As a Master Electrician, Tom serves as the company’s primary technical strategist, ensuring that every project is engineered for long-term success from the very first blueprint. Outside of the office tome enjoys spending time with his wife, kids and grandkids. He is also a classic car enthusiast.

Jess joined Positive Electric in 2020 and serves as the central hub of the company’s daily operations. As Office Manager, Jess bridges the gap between our complex field projects and the high-level administrative needs of our clients. When not at work Jess enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and dogs.

Nate Joined the Positive Electric team in 2015, he has been the cornerstone of the company’s operational efficiency and its uncompromising commitment to site safety.

Nate’s leadership is built on a foundation of true field experience; he began his tenure at Positive Electric as a field-level technician. This "boots-on-the-ground" start allowed him to master the technical nuances of the trade firsthand before ascending to executive leadership. When out of the office Nate enjoys time with his wife and kids. He is also an avid disc golfer. 

Tony Coppock and I have been with Positive Electric for 7 years. He is the Purchasing Manager for the company, which includes all our projects in multi-family and new construction. Additional duties revolve around vehicle fleet, warehouse control, supply management and business relationship management. Prior experience has been in Regional Managing roles, customer service and sales, and multi-family management and leadership initiatives. When he’s not at works Tony is spending time with his wife and 3 kids or officiating OHSAA football and basketball.
